Support in general Human Resources activities **TRANSCOOLER** A leading refrigerated transportation company is seeking: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration (intern or graduate). * Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the transportation industry. * Experience in operational talent acquisition through various recruitment sources: * Social media * Online job boards * Job posting and flyer distribution * Field recruitment, among others. * Conducting initial and in-depth interviews. * Coordinating technical interviews and practical tests. * Administering and interpreting psychometric test batteries. * Requesting and validating employment references. * Proficiency with the R\-Control system. * Managing onboarding processes for new hires. * Integrating, monitoring, and archiving personnel files. * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding. * Supporting general activities within the Human Resources department.
