Direct hiring by the company **General Helper – Immediate Hiring / No Experience Required** Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico (San Mateo Ixtacalco) Job Description: We are looking for General Helpers to join our team. No prior experience is required; we provide training. Responsibilities: * Assist in operating basic machinery (with training) * Loading, unloading, and organizing materials * Packaging, labeling, and inspecting finished products * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area * Assisting with inventory and material control * Adhering to safety and hygiene regulations Work Schedule: * Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM * Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM * Shift 3: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Flexibility in availability is required, as additional hours may be requested when needed (compensated in accordance with applicable law).
