The waiter is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment in their work area. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers in a courteous manner. * Present the menu, offer recommendations, and answer questions about dishes and drinks. * Accurately take orders and correctly relay them to the kitchen or bar area. * Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's presentation and service standards. * Check on customer satisfaction during service and attend to any additional requests. * Prepare and deliver the bill, process payments, and thank customers for their visit. * Keep the service station, tables, and utensils clean and organized. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed secondary school (preferably high school or technical degree in hospitality). * Experience: At least 6 months in similar roles (preferable in restaurants, bars, or cafes). * Skills: * Excellent customer service and communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude and teamwork. * Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette. * Professional appearance and flexible availability. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). * Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time. * Tips based on performance and establishment policies.
