**Pharmacy Manager** **Position Summary** Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with health regulations, proper inventory management, and high-quality customer service. This position requires a combination of customer service skills, inventory management expertise, and regulatory compliance knowledge. **Responsibilities and Functions** * **Customer Service:** * Provide friendly and timely assistance to customers. * Advise on the proper use of medications and over-the-counter products. * Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns. * **Inventory Management:** * Monitor incoming and outgoing merchandise, verifying product validity and expiration dates. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure record accuracy. * Place and manage supplier orders according to pharmacy needs. * **Operations and Administration:** * Supervise and manage daily cash register closings. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate product placement in the pharmacy. * **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure the pharmacy complies with current national health laws and regulations. * Keep required documentation up to date for health inspections. **Requirements** * **Education:** * **Preferred:** Technical degree in pharmacy or related bachelor’s degree. * **Work Experience:** * Prior experience of 1–2 years in customer service or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. * **Skills:** * Excellent communication and service skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and point-of-sale systems. * Strong ethical values and responsibility in handling sensitive products. * **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $10,500.00 MXN per month. · **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
