




Position Summary: This position focuses on end-to-end purchase order management, sales reporting, item cataloging, and support for sales executives and projects. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end purchase order management and sales tracking. 2. Key support for sales activities and projects across internal departments. 3. Preparation of detailed reports and product presentations. **Responsibilities:** · Receiving, entering, controlling, and tracking centralized purchase orders for supermarket, department store, and specialty retail chains. · Preparing sales reports from the internal system and chain portals: sell-through sales, inventory queries, zero-sales analysis, and sales rankings. · Item-level and store-specific reporting. · Assisting sales executives with their daily activities. · Providing basic support to chain buyers. · Cataloging and onboarding new items, store-level allocations, price list management, and barcode handling. · Preparing product presentations and performance reports. · Project tracking in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams. · Preparing product samples, displays, and chain exhibitions. · Tracking projects from pre-sale through post-sale. · Communicating with Systems, Credit, Planning, Cedis, and Shipping departments. · Entering sales forecasts and manufacturing forms. · Providing performance and sales feedback and data to the Promotions team. **We Offer:** Base salary: $10,800 monthly + Monthly performance bonus: $4,000 *(Administrative bonus – not sales-based)* Statutory benefits and additional perks Savings fund Cafeteria service Additional vacation days Apply now—don’t miss this great career opportunity!
