Effective communication with key departments **We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor** **Profile:** * Technical degree or engineering (incomplete degree acceptable) * Prior experience supporting or coordinating work teams is desirable **Responsibilities:** * Product inspection at various stages (raw materials, in-process, and finished goods) * Support in product release * Incident logging and tracking * Support in warehouse activities (receiving, inspection, and material control) * Monitoring of quality and housekeeping processes during operations * Basic team coordination support **Skills:** * Operational leadership and personnel management * Working under pressure and results-oriented * Floor-level decision-making * Effective communication with departments such as production and warehouse * Organization and sense of urgency **Tools:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel) * ERP or control system experience is desirable but not mandatory **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in printing workshops, manufacturing, or production environments * Knowledge of processes such as screen printing, pad printing, or similar * Familiarity with operational equipment **We Offer:** * Base salary plus bonuses * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities
