Responsible for maximizing the operational efficiency of the transportation department through critical KPI analysis and resource optimization, ensuring service level compliance and operational cost reduction via structured tactical management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate and approve order assignment and route planning for services. * Analyze on-time delivery reports and daily incident reports, identifying patterns and improvement opportunities. * Review daily margin deviations and coordinate corrective action meetings. * Conduct weekly inspections of evidence and invoices, ensuring KPI compliance on discrepancies and reporting findings. * Prepare monthly KPI reports (OTIF, costs, incidents) and present them to the Transportation Manager. * Ensure 100% application of safety and quality protocols for every delivery. * Participate in tactical implementation projects for systems or processes, validating pilot results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Proficiency in TMS (Odoo, SAP TM, Manhattan). * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising transportation or last-mile distribution operations teams. * Advanced English proficiency preferred. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
