Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement projects focused on commercial processes. **EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**: * Advanced Excel. * Power BI * Experience in commercial areas of mass-consumption companies. * Active participation in transformation projects (processes, routines, sales tools). * Experience in designing and implementing commercial models or sales force work processes. * Change management with field teams. * Project management and implementation. **FUNCTIONS**: * Design the comprehensive commercial dynamics for the Home/Institutional channel (processes, routines, schedules, and tools). * Co-design and implement commercial control and monitoring tools (KPIs, dashboards, reports). * Lead commercial performance diagnostics and identify structural improvement opportunities. * Manage change implementation through training strategies and change management. * Ensure adoption of new processes by leaders and the sales force. * Measure impact of initiatives and continuously adjust commercial dynamics and the sales force. **Mandatory**: * Advanced Excel * Power BI * Project management At GEPP, we value talent: **We offer**: * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits **SUCCESS STORIES BEGIN HERE**!
