




Summary The Recruitment Coordinator must plan and execute strategies to attract and select the appropriate talent to fill hotel vacancies. Provide high-quality service to both internal and external candidates, applying the standards established by Hyatt International across all processes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within ultra-luxury hospitality * Experience in pre-opening or opening of ultra-luxury hotels is preferred * Knowledge of and ability to implement talent attraction processes * Proficiency in utilizing recruitment sources * Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English
