Become part of our team as **Points Of Sales Supervisor MEX**, where you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of commercial and operational strategies across assigned sales points within Mexico City International Airport (AICM), guaranteeing achievement of established goals and performance indicators through effective leadership of the sales agent team, results tracking, and proper administration of tools, processes, and operational reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience, and contributing to revenue growth through efficient, results-oriented commercial management. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring compliance with established operational procedures and service standards. 2\. Monitor achievement of commercial targets, performance indicators, and sales objectives, implementing strategies that contribute to increased revenue and team productivity. 3\. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales agent team through consistent coaching, feedback, and individual and group performance tracking. 4\. Guarantee a high-quality customer service experience, resolving incidents promptly and maintaining effective communication with passengers. 5\. Administer and monitor sales reports, revenue control, and operational results, ensuring correct use of internal tools and systems. 6\. Participate in implementing initiatives, activities, and commercial strategies aimed at continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and achievement of departmental objectives. **Required Knowledge or Skills:** 1\.
