Minimum education required: University-level studies without degree. Intermediate knowledge of vehicle monitoring. Intermediate Excel skills. Basic familiarity with TMS systems. Job Responsibilities Route Planning: \- Develop and manage evening and transportation unit routes, optimizing resources, time, and distance. Coordination with Customer Service: \- Maintain constant communication with Customer Service staff to coordinate timely order deliveries. \- Coordination with Warehouse Coordinators: \- Collaborate closely to efficiently build routes and ensure product availability. Fleet Supervision: \- Monitor transportation unit performance via GPS tracking systems and resolve incidents. \- Incident Management: \- Identify and resolve operational issues in real time to minimize delivery delays. Documentation and Reporting: \- Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and generate periodic reports. \- Process Optimization: \- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
