Key responsibilities:
\- Prepare and analyze strategic financial information to support management decision-making.
\- Generate reports on profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity of the company.
\- Develop robust financial models (revenues, expenses, cash flow, projections).
\- Perform financial forecasting and predictive modeling based on historical, current, and comparative performance.
\- Consolidate and analyze financial data by business unit and at the consolidated level to assess profitability.
\- Conduct monthly financial performance tracking by comparing actual results against budget and prior-year figures.
\- Prepare quarterly and annual budgets (budgets) for each department, as well as for suppliers and creditors.
\- Calculate and analyze operating margins (Cost vs. Sales).
\- Build dynamic financial and non-financial dashboards for executive visualization.
\- Implement and monitor financial KPIs.
Draft executive reports and present findings to management.
Requirements
\- Completed bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
\- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP\&A), or similar areas.
Advanced/Expert Excel proficiency required: pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, nested formulas, financial modeling, and dashboards.
Proven experience developing financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
Proficiency in handling and analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
Solid knowledge of financial KPIs, margins, and profitability per business unit.
Experience presenting information to executive-level stakeholders.
Desirable qualifications
Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsip, Contpaqi, or similar).
Intermediate English for reading reports.
Prior experience in retail, distribution, or commercial sectors.
