A leading company in the **4PL logistics sector** is looking for talent to join as a **Logistics Solutions Engineer**, a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and improving logistics projects. If you possess an analytical mindset, customer orientation, and experience in warehousing and distribution solutions, we want to meet you! **Job Objective** Design and implement comprehensive logistics solutions (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services), ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * **Age:** 25 to 30 years old * **Education:** Degree in Logistics Engineering or related field * **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in a similar position (preferably in 3PL or 4PL companies) * Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, and value-added services **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory for layout design) * Warehouse layout design * Logistics cost analysis * National and international distribution (road, maritime, and air) * Knowledge of fiscal operations (preferred) * Time and motion studies * Project planning (Gantt charts) **Responsibilities:** * Design logistics solutions for warehousing and distribution. * Gather and analyze customer requirements. * Develop warehouse layouts and technical-economic proposals. * Calculate warehousing and distribution costs, ensuring profitability. * Manage contractual documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.). * Monitor project implementation (milestone tracking). * Conduct time and motion studies. * Coordinate with internal departments for project execution. * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Support control of the Quality Management System (QMS). **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Analytical thinking * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Proactivity and results orientation * Problem solving **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Direct employment with the company * Job stability * Opportunity for professional growth and development **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Flexible schedule availability)
