Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager with experience in route operations and administration to oversee the storage, distribution, and order cycle of meat products. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and supervision of product storage and distribution. 2. Strategic planning of warehouse, transportation, and service logistics. 3. Leadership and optimization of the order cycle. We are looking for your talent as: **LOGISTICS MANAGER** **Requirements:** \- Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. \- Age: 28 to 45 years old \- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational logistics (preferably in perishable food or distribution). \- Experience managing logistics for route administration. **Responsibilities:** · Organize and supervise product storage and distribution. · Strategically plan and manage logistics for: warehouse, transportation, and customer services. · Lead, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle. · Maintain records of: quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and efficiency. · Organize the warehouse, catalog products, plan routes, and process shipments. · Resolve any issues or complaints that arise. · Supervise, advise, and train warehouse staff. · Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality targets. · Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements for the vehicle fleet.
