Technical support for configuration and implementation Schedule: Project-based, piece-rate, or fixed **Electronic Security Installer Technician** We are seeking an **Electronic Security Installer Technician** with experience in installation, configuration, and implementation for **video surveillance, access control, and access automation (CCTV and AC)** projects. This position requires a candidate with solid technical knowledge, sound judgment to propose functional solutions, and the ability to understand both the operation of hardware and the software involved in each installation. This role involves working with **IP and analog cameras, biometric devices, access controllers, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, and other electronic security equipment**, using brands such as **Hikvision, Dahua, Epcom, ZKTeco**, and other similar industry brands. We seek someone who not only knows how to physically install equipment but also how to configure, implement, integrate, and ensure proper operation according to each project’s requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Perform field installations of electronic security systems. * Configure and commission equipment including IP cameras, analog cameras, biometric devices, access controllers, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, and others. * Participate in the implementation of technical solutions aligned with each project’s requirements. * Download, install, and configure necessary software for proper system operation. * Integrate equipment, platforms, and devices to ensure appropriate functionality. * Support technical site surveys, on-site reviews, and identification of installation requirements. * Conduct testing, adjustments, and validations to ensure systems operate correctly. * Identify basic faults and provide technical solutions during installation or commissioning. * Propose functional solutions and technical improvements based on project type. * Provide technical support regarding equipment configuration, implementation, and operation. **Required Profile:** * Experience installing **electronic security systems**. * Knowledge of **IP cameras, analog cameras, biometric devices, access controllers, turnstiles, and vehicle barriers**. * Familiarity with brands such as **Hikvision, Dahua, Epcom, ZKTeco**, or similar. * Ability to download, install, configure, and use software related to these systems. * Capacity to understand technical equipment operation and its correct implementation. * Ability to propose viable and functional technical solutions. * Fieldwork experience, including installations, cabling, configuration, and testing. * Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and integrity. * Ability to resolve technical issues and follow up on pending installation tasks. * Must have reliable transportation and willingness to work at various locations per project requirements. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Candidate should not only execute installations but also understand system operational logic. * Ability to adapt to diverse equipment, platforms, and technical requirements. * Judgment to implement practical, functional, and well-executed solutions. * Willingness to learn new technologies and tools within the industry.
