We seek someone who not only understands the business but can also speak the language of developers, architects, and technology teams—ensuring robust execution aligned with the product vision. - Work Mode: 100% in-person - Required Experience: 5 to 10 years - Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field - Advanced English proficiency mandatory Key Responsibilities - Define product strategy and vision aligned with business objectives (financial sector experience preferred). - Develop business cases, define requirements, and produce technical documentation. - Actively participate in technical design of solutions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams. - Resolve technical questions regarding expected product behavior. - Prioritize technical tasks jointly with engineering. - Make high-impact technical-functional decisions. - Manage technical products or platforms. - Interact directly with CTOs, software architects, and clients’ technical teams. Technical Skills - Solid understanding of software architecture: distributed systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services. - Prior software development experience. - Knowledge of technological infrastructure. - Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance. - Active programming is not required, but understanding of technical effort and implications of decisions is essential. Product & Business Skills - Definition of long-term product strategy and vision. Ability to translate strategic vision into executable plans. - Experience interviewing and understanding technical users. - Data analysis for decision-making. - Proficiency in prioritization frameworks. Interpersonal Skills - Ability to translate between business and technology. - Strong negotiation skills. - Empathy and collaborative leadership.
