We are seeking a highly skilled **Technical Delivery Manager** who can lead project delivery while contributing hands\-on to technical execution. This hybrid role combines delivery management responsibilities with individual technical contributions, ensuring successful project outcomes and high\-quality deliverables. **​​​​​​Information Security Responsibilities** * Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols. * Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. * Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). * Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information **Key Responsibilities:** * Own end\-to\-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and product management. * Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively. * Prepare and present status reports to leadership and clients. * Demonstrate strong team handling and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively. * Actively participate in design, development, and troubleshooting of complex systems. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. * Review code, architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices. * Drive automation, performance optimization, and scalability improvements. * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards. * Implement and improve Agile/Scrum processes for efficient delivery. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Excellent team handling and leadership capabilities. * **Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks**. * Proven track record in technical project delivery and stakeholder management. * **Hands\-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.** * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to balance strategic planning with hands\-on execution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). * Familiarity with security compliance tools (e.g., WhiteSource, Polaris). * PMP or Agile certifications (optional but desirable). **What we offer** * ​​​​​​100% remote position. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Custom benefits aligned with your experience. * The unique opportunity to architect a product from the ground up with a clear path to market. * Collaborative work with international teams and direct client impact.
