**ACEROS COYOTE SA DE CV** **WE ARE SEEKING: Administrative Assistant** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related degree. *Minimum certification required; degree preferred.* * Experience in administrative tasks (database reporting, in-person and telephone customer service, file control, data entry “codes”, document organization, quotations, tracking authorizations, etc.). * Proficiency in Office software; **Intermediate Excel is mandatory**, and Word primarily, as well as invoicing systems and tracking of credit notes or re-invoicing (Compaq/Administrative/Commercial).
