




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and Automation Analyst to provide functional and technical support, design automation solutions, and collaborate on IT projects. Key Highlights: 1. Join our great team as an: “IT Support and Automation Analyst” Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field (graduated or intern). Experience: 1–2 years in technical/functional support, automation, or systems administration roles. Technical Knowledge: Relational databases (basic/intermediate SQL), foundational networking and server concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Server/Linux), automation tools (Lark Suite, Power Automate, Make, etc.), process diagramming, and ticket management (Jira, ClickUp, Trello). Skills: Clear communication, analytical ability, user orientation, proactivity, and self-directed learning mindset. Responsibilities: • Provide functional and technical support to users of the internal ERP system, addressing incidents, operational queries, and improvement requests. • Design and develop automations and workflows in Lark Suite (Base, Anycross, approvals, forms). • Document processes using user manuals, quick guides, and diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts). • Conduct in-person training sessions for end users on ERP usage and newly implemented tools. • Manage and track requests via ticketing tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar). • Assist with basic maintenance of company networks and servers. • Analyze internal software behavior to identify root causes of incidents and propose improvements. • Collaborate with the IT team on assigned projects and tasks.
