We are currently seeking talent to join our team at Arcos Bosques / Offices (next to the building known as "El Pantalón"). **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $10,000 gross * **Legal benefits \+ additional benefits:** 30-day year-end bonus, grocery vouchers, restaurant vouchers, life insurance, 35% vacation bonus, among others * **Growth:** Career development plan and professional advancement. **What will you be doing?** * Support in basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for properties. * Assistance with general tasks within the property. * Basic electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs. * Inspection of facilities. * Reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor or area manager. **What do we require from you?** * **Education:** Secondary school diploma or recent graduates of technical programs in maintenance, engineering, or related fields. * **Attitude:** Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work collaboratively. **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday with one day off; rotating shifts: morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. **Are you interested in this position?** We want to meet you!
