**We are a leading company in the operation and maintenance of smart buildings.** We are currently seeking a: **HVAC Installation Technician**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Four years of experience installing direct expansion systems. * Demonstrable proficiency in oxyacetylene welding on copper piping. * Refrigeration cycle and refrigeration principles. * Refrigerant gases (R410a, R32, R22\) etc. drainage. * Basic electricity and control systems. * Precision and dexterity in autogenous welding. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Install mini-split, multi-split, VRF/VRV systems, rooftop units, and packaged units. * Perform autogenous welding on copper piping, ensuring clean, strong, and safe joints. * Prepare, clean, and join copper piping using proper soldering techniques and component protection. * Perform evacuation, pressure testing, refrigerant charging, and leak detection. * Carry out electrical and control connections according to drawings and manufacturer instructions. * Interpret HVAC mechanical and electrical installation drawings. * Comply with industrial safety standards, especially regarding fire and pressurized gas handling. **WE OFFER:** * **Direct employment** with the company. * **Statutory benefits** and IMSS coverage from day one. * Technical courses and certifications from recognized brands. * Performance-based bonuses (if applicable). * Complimentary uniforms, tools, safety boots, and personal protective equipment. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs.
