Results-oriented approach and service mindset IMPORTANT PUBLISHING COMPANY WE ARE SEEKING Recruitment Analyst **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Service-oriented attitude Strong sense of urgency Highly results-focused Effective communication with supervisors Articulate and persuasive speaking ability Dynamic personality **KNOWLEDGE:** Recruitment, Social Media Proficiency in Microsoft Office Management of social media platforms and job boards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Posting operational and administrative job openings Screening resumes and managing job boards (OCC Mundial, Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Talenteca) Conducting preliminary phone screenings and in-person interviews with qualified candidates to fill positions Submitting shortlists of three candidates to managers and/or immediate supervisors Tracking interview status and/or selection processes Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments Verifying professional references Preparing and submitting final candidate reports to relevant departments to conclude the selection process Coordinating with candidates to ensure smooth hiring procedures Managing virtual job boards Attending and participating in knowledge-sharing meetings Monitoring social media and other recruitment channels Identifying new recruitment sources (job boards, job fairs, networks, print media, electronic media) **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM On-site work arrangement **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** Monthly net salary of $15,000\.00 Statutory benefits Scholarship-based professional development opportunity Exclusive benefits
