We are currently seeking an **"HR Manager"** to join our team. The HR Manager must ensure alignment between talent management strategies and business objectives, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational development within the flexography company. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel using digital strategies. * Attend audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Manage labor incidents, mediations, and conflict resolution. * Develop training programs and performance evaluations. * Supervise payroll administration, compensation, and benefits. * Execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. * Ensure and supervise compliance with Mexican labor and safety regulations. * Design and implement strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture. * Handle IMSS registrations and cancellations. * Knowledge of COI and NOI. * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Implementation of NOM-035 **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing or flexography industries. * **Technical Knowledge:** Mexican labor legislation, payroll management, compensation, organizational development, safety and hygiene, Recruitment 4.0 and 5.0, internal audits, and quality regulations. * **Skills:** Leadership, effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, results orientation, empathetic leadership, focus on employee well-being and development. * **Technology:** Proficiency in HR management software and intermediate Excel. **Job Offer:** Salary: $20,000 MXN per month, based on verifiable experience.
