We are seeking operators residing near: * Polanco / Plaza Carso * Interlomas * Santa Fe / Cuajimalpa To facilitate commute times and operations. Main responsibilities: * Picking up and delivering orders and merchandise. * Customer service and follow-up. * Managing and monitoring delivery routes. * Loading and unloading products. * Verifying orders and proof of delivery. * Using mobile applications and payment terminals. * Collaborating as a team to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. * Maintaining a professional and responsible attitude during operations. Requirements: * Responsible and punctual. * Strong customer service attitude. * Ability to work well in a team. * Flexible availability. * Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service (preferred). * Basic mobile phone and application proficiency. * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle: car, motorcycle, or pickup truck (preferred).
