Focus on service attitude and teamwork. **We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician for business centers.** **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper functioning of coworking facility infrastructure by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on common areas, offices, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and furniture, thereby guaranteeing a safe, functional, and presentable environment for users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily facility inspection rounds. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: * Basic electrical installations * Air conditioning equipment * Hydraulic and plumbing systems * Assist with minor finishing tasks, painting, and carpentry. * Respond to internal reports of malfunctions or defects. * Supervise and coordinate external technical service providers. * Maintain records of services performed and materials used. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in General Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related field \| Technical High School Diploma. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in general maintenance, preferably in offices, coworking spaces, hotels, or similar environments. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, furniture, and air conditioning. * Basic use of manual and power tools. * Service-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team. **We Offer:** * Salary: $11,000\.00 net per month * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Modern and dynamic workspaces * Work Locations: Río Lerma (Reforma) and Universidad Avenue (Coyoacán) * Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM \| Saturdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Salary: Starting at $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * Facility maintenance: 3 years (Mandatory) * Preventive maintenance: 3 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
