**Job Title:** Store Leader – Hardware / Steel and Construction Materials Administrator **Location:** Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico **Employment Type:** Full-time **Department:** Administration – Store / Specialized Hardware and Construction Materials We are a company with 40 years of experience in the purchase and sale of construction materials in the Cuautitlán Izcalli area. We maintain extensive inventory, specialized service, and customer support requiring technical product knowledge. We focus on delivering quality, professional service, and efficient delivery times. **Job Objective** The Store Leader is responsible for coordinating and directing the branch’s daily operations, ensuring appropriate customer service, team management, inventory control, product display, timely delivery, and achievement of sales targets. They will act as a liaison between management and the sales, hardware, and logistics teams, ensuring the store operates efficiently, profitably, and to high service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the store team (sales advisors, hardware staff, warehouse personnel) to ensure high-quality customer service. * Personally attend to key customers, resolve technical inquiries, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs. * Manage product display and organization on the sales floor, maintaining presentation standards, clear signage, visible pricing, and proper inventory rotation. * Control and update branch inventory — receipts, shipments, returns, minimum and maximum stock levels; perform daily/weekly inventory closings. * Achieve and exceed established branch sales targets by proposing promotional strategies, customer retention initiatives, and portfolio expansion. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse to ensure product availability, on-time deliveries, return handling, and effective internal transportation. * Ensure compliance with quality and workplace safety policies, as well as internal company regulations. * Prepare management reports: sales, margins, product turnover, incidents, team training needs, etc., for monthly accountability. * Foster a collaborative work environment by motivating the team, identifying improvement opportunities, and maintaining positive workplace morale. **Required Profile** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: Preferably between 28 and 45 years. * Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree or higher technical education in administration, business, commerce, or related field preferred. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** leading a hardware store or branch in hardware, construction materials, or distribution. * Ability to learn quickly. * Leadership, team management, customer orientation, negotiation, inventory management, sales, and results analysis skills. * Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory control software, and intermediate Excel for reporting. * Strong customer orientation, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, and occasionally on Sundays. * Residence in Cuautitlán Izcalli or neighboring municipalities (or personal transportation). **We Offer** * Competitive salary + commissions. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Ongoing training. * A dynamic work environment in the hardware and construction materials sector. **How to Apply?** Interested candidates should send an updated CV with a recent photo to recursoshumanos@administradorademateriales.com, indicating in the subject line: “Store Leader – Cuautitlán Izcalli”.
