REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in operational recruitment (mandatory). Availability to work in the field. Proficiency in job boards and social media. Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Posting vacancies on various job boards. Field recruitment (posting, leafleting, job fairs). Resume screening and initial interviews. Candidate follow-up until hiring. Recruitment of operational, technical, and administrative profiles. Maintaining and updating the candidate database. Tracking critical and urgent vacancies. Monitoring active staff (tardiness, reasons for absenteeism, support in termination processes).
