




Job Summary: Specialized technician for electrical and electronic maintenance of elevators, responsible for fault diagnosis, control adjustment, and compliance with safety protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced fault diagnosis in control systems. 2. Specialized electrical and electronic maintenance of elevators. 3. Strict application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety protocols. Fault Diagnosis: Reading error codes on the main control board to identify system anomalies. Electrical Maintenance: Inspection, adjustment, and wiring of traction motors, electromagnetic brakes, contactors, and power supply systems (220V/440V). Electronic Maintenance: Calibration and replacement of magnetic sensors, limit switches, safety photocells, car operating panels (COP), and landing operating panels (LOP). Control Adjustment: Verification of variable frequency drives (VFDs) to ensure smooth elevator starts and stops.
