Description

Provide operational support to the service area, ensuring cleanliness, table setup, and restocking of service stations, as well as efficient assistance to servers and captains to guarantee an exceptional dining experience for guests at a high-end restaurant. Key Responsibilities * Set up and break down tables according to restaurant standards. * Provide continuous support to servers and captains during service. * Clean and polish glassware, cutlery, and china. * Restock service stations. * Transport food and beverages from kitchen/bar to dining floor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in service areas. * Remove soiled china and glassware. * Basic knowledge of menu and service protocols. * Courteous and professional guest interaction. * Compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Requirements * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in high-end restaurants, fine dining, or premium service establishments. * Excellent service attitude. * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Ability to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency. * Impeccable personal presentation. * Prior knowledge of service protocol is preferred. * Minimum education: completed secondary school.
