**Job Description** POSITION PROFILE: **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS REPORTS TO: COMMERCIAL MANAGER | COSTS AND BUDGETS **FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:** · Achieve departmental objectives. · Manage projects in the field before and during their execution. · Make phone calls and send messages to contact the user. · Assist in sending product information to customers via WhatsApp, including the company brochure. · Visit the customer to conduct a needs assessment. · Prepare the report using the company’s standard format, containing areas, measurements, specifications, and photographs based on the assessment conducted, and share it with the Costs and Budgets department. · Follow up on visits and assist in delivering physical budgets to the user, if necessary. · Provide occasional support to the Operations Department for project scheduling and execution. · If required, visit the customer regarding warranty-related complaints, and provide feedback to the Operations Department about the damage or warranty claim through a report with images. · Required tools: Motorized vehicle, mobile phone, laptop. Additional statutory benefits. Monthly base salary of $13,000 to $16,000\. Work schedule: Monday to Friday working hours. Work location: 80% field routes, 20% office. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $4,000\.00 per week + mobility expenses Work schedule type: 8-hour shift **OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED.
