Requirements \* Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related degree. \* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. \* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. \* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. \* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. \* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
