




Job Summary: We are seeking a Grill Cook Supervisor with experience in fast food preparation and grill operation, for a proactive and responsible work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive, responsible, and punctual individual **Grill Cook Supervisor** for a fast food kitchen (Wings, Salads, French Fries, Hamburgers, Nuggets, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Chapatas, and other similar dishes), with schedule availability to cover: Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM Mondays off. We seek a candidate with at least 2 years of **verifiable** experience in food preparation (preferably fast food), and proficiency in operating grills, deep fryers, and salamanders. The candidate should reside relatively close to the workplace, be proactive, knowledgeable in FIFO inventory management, hold Distintivo H certification, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality. Work location: Adjacent to Mexico City International Airport; reference point: Hangares Metro Station, Yellow Line. We offer competitive salary plus statutory benefits.
