Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Accountant with solid experience in general accounting, taxation, and advanced use of CONTPAQ to ensure financial and tax compliance. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability ***We seek a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Accountant with solid experience in general accounting, taxation, and advanced use of CONTPAQ, capable of ensuring proper financial and tax control for the company.*** ***Mandatory Requirements*** ***Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (degree preferred)*** ***Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting positions*** ***Advanced proficiency in CONTPAQ modules: Accounting, Payroll, Commercial, Banking, and Accounting Interfaces.*** ***Up-to-date knowledge of:*** ***SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service)*** ***Electronic Invoicing (CFDI)*** ***Monthly and annual tax returns*** ***IMSS / SUA / IDSE*** ***Bank reconciliations*** ***Financial statements*** ***Intermediate–advanced Excel skills*** ***High attention to detail*** ***Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines*** ***Main Responsibilities*** ***Recording and reviewing accounting entries in CONTPAQ*** ***Tax calculation and filing*** ***Bank and accounting reconciliations*** ***Monthly and annual closings*** ***Accounts payable and receivable management*** ***Preparation of financial statements*** ***Payroll administration and employer obligations*** ***Support during internal or external audits*** ***Tax regulatory updates and compliance*** ***Ideal Profile*** ***Organized and meticulous*** ***Problem-solving oriented*** ***Self-motivated and proactive*** ***Excellent communication skills*** ***Total confidentiality*** ***Results-oriented*** ***We Offer*** ***Monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000 MXN (net)*** ***Job stability*** ***Statutory benefits*** ***Direct hiring*** ***Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
