We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent service attitude to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and advising customers on flavor and product selection. * Preparation of ice cream, smoothies, and cold desserts, as well as direct delivery of products to customers. * Cashier duties (cash and card payments). * Deep cleaning and disinfection of the work area, tables, counter, and utensils. * Monitoring freezers and organizing supplies (toppings, cones, cups, etc.). * Inventory control. **Experience and Skills:** * Education: High school diploma and/or currently enrolled in or having completed undergraduate studies. * Customer service: Minimum 3–6 months in similar roles (ice cream shops, cafeterias, fast food, or convenience stores preferred but not required if you have the right attitude). * Cashiering: Basic experience operating payment terminals, performing cash reconciliations, and identifying counterfeit bills. * Food handling: Basic knowledge of hygiene standards (handwashing, hairnets, supply rotation). * Soft skills: Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, proactivity, punctuality and commitment, patience, high frustration tolerance, and ability to work in a team. * Availability: Willingness to rotate shifts (morning/afternoon) and work weekends. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits. * Additional compensation: Sales target bonus (available starting from the 3rd month). * Brand benefits: One free ice cream or dessert per week! * Excellent working environment. * Growth opportunities.
