Opportunity for professional growth **TRAVEL AGENCY "TRAVELIUM"** A 100% Mexican company renowned for offering a wide range of domestic and international tourism services. **What Are We Looking For?** A Quality Assistant whose responsibility will be to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving passenger incidents at destinations, requiring a combination of strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical competencies. **What Do You Need to Join Us?** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (completed or recent graduate). * Customer service experience: 6 months (preferred). * Excellent skills: verbal and written communication, strong spelling and writing ability, resilience, organization, time management, and teamwork. * Availability to work during the specified schedule. **What Are the Job Responsibilities?** * Answer phone calls and emails. * Provide clear responses. * Conduct timely follow-up on each case until resolution. * Manage received inquiries and requests. * Record and document all cases. * Coordinate with other departments to expedite solutions. * Participate in internal trainings and feedback sessions. * Develop action plans for conflict resolution. * Follow up on passenger complaints during or after their trip. * Record follow-up and resolution of each issue in the database. **What Do We Offer?** * Monthly net salary of $10,500 (100% payroll). * Monthly bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training for your professional development. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. * A dynamic and pleasant work environment. * Work location: Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
