Said) **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** Base salary: $12,300 gross per month Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation time) Grocery vouchers: $1,230 additional monthly (card-based) Transportation allowance: $16 per workday Punctuality bonus: $1,230 per month (starting from the sixth month) Savings fund Discounts on cafeteria and parking Uniforms Sunday premium pay Profit-sharing Direct employment with the hospital **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of drywall systems within the hospital Repair of walls, ceilings, and plasterboard/gypsum structures Replacement and adjustment of suspended grid ceilings (replacing damaged panels) Surface patching, finishing, and final treatment (joint compound, sanding, basic painting) Repair of damage caused by moisture, impact, or prior installations Adjustments to light partition systems and false wall/ceiling elements Support in minor hospital space modifications (NOT new construction) Work performed under hospital safety and hygiene standards Important: This is NOT project-based or piecework. Installations are already completed; activities focus solely on maintenance and preservation. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed secondary education (certificate required) Proven experience in drywall / plasterboard / ceiling work Flexible availability for work schedule Complete documentation SCHEDULE Monday through Sunday (midweek day off) Rotating shifts (NOT fixed): 7:00 am – 3:00 pm 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
