This person will be responsible for supervising the proper execution of on-site activities, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, timelines, and budget. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and construction regulations. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project. * Prepare periodic progress reports and resolve technical issues. * Verify proper execution of finishes, fixed furniture, and architectural design details. * Ensure that work meets the quality standards required in the hospitality and banking sectors. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**. * Proven experience in construction of **banks** or **high-detail finishing projects**. * Knowledge of construction codes, safety, and quality control. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Project, Excel, and construction management software. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license.
