The position is responsible for ensuring timely vacancy coverage through efficient talent attraction, evaluation, and selection processes aligned with the company's needs. Responsibilities: * Posting and managing job openings on employment portals (Indeed, social media, internal job boards). * Operational and administrative recruitment. * Field recruitment and leaflet distribution. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Administration of psychometric assessments. * Candidate follow-up throughout the entire selection process. * Personnel file integration and management. * Supporting various activities within the Human Capital department. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in employment portals and social media. * Experience tracking KPIs. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates.
