Knowledge: Basic accounting, administration, cash reconciliation, Microsoft Office Suite, collections experience, treasury functions, vendor interaction (utility payments), expense management, team leadership. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Administrative Coordinator, Accountant, Accounting Analyst, Administrative Manager), preferably within a service-oriented company. Responsibilities: Control and ensure collection and invoicing of business unit revenue. Guarantee excellent customer service and support. Ensure accurate execution of administrative procedures—including proper digital file compilation—and compliance with institutional policies and procedures applicable to the area.
