Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager specializing in management, control, and supervision to ensure the accuracy and integrity of steel stock. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates with key departments to ensure efficient information and material flow. **Inventory Manager** **At Maxiacero, our talent is the engine of success!** A 100% Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in the hardware industry, we are expanding our team by hiring an **Inventory Manager with expertise in inventory management, control, and supervision**, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of steel stock while coordinating physical audits and systemic controls to optimize inventory levels. **What We Seek in You:** * 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse auditing, or stock control. * Knowledge of inventory methodologies. * Proficiency in inventory tools. * Logistics knowledge. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** · Supervise and validate steel material receipts and issuances in the ERP system. · Plan and execute cyclic counts and wall-to-wall counts to ensure alignment between physical stock at CEDI’s and branches versus system records. · Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes. · Develop and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans to ensure achievement of inventory accuracy and stock optimization objectives. · Prepare and present inventory performance and status reports directly to General Management, highlighting stock levels, shrinkage, variances, and strategic improvement proposals. · Provide close follow-up and coordination with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Shipping departments to ensure accurate information and material flow, preventing bottlenecks and administrative discrepancies. · Support area activities as directed by the manager. **What We Offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $16,000.00 to $18,000.00 net per month, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, 15-day bonus, PV 25%). * Monthly variable bonus based on objective attainment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Savings fund. * Cafeteria service. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; half-day Saturdays. **Work Location:** Av.
