Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Structural Packaging Designer to plan, design, and develop new packaging proposals, working closely with Production and Sales. Structural Packaging Designer We seek a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual eager to join a dynamic team developing innovative solutions. **What will you do in this role?** You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing new proposals. You will actively participate in technical validation, documentation, and project coordination, working hand-in-hand with key departments such as Production and Sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Development and testing of engraving and die-cutting patterns * Preparation of client proposals and presentations * Technical review of files and specifications (drawings) * Project coordination and tracking to meet deadlines * Creation of instructions, templates, and technical documentation * Submission and validation of files for printing and color proofs * Ongoing communication with internal departments to ensure proper execution * Continuous process improvement and resource optimization **What are we looking for in you?** * Structured thinking and attention to detail * Organizational and follow-up capabilities * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement * Interest in production processes and technical development Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * At which corrugated packaging companies have you worked?
