Favorable work environment and growth. **Position: Site Safety Officer** **Company: INCOAM** **Location: Puebla** **Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based** **Schedule: Monday to Saturday** **Job Description:** A company in the construction and electromechanical works sector is seeking to hire an experienced Site Safety Officer with knowledge of applicable safety regulations and training in industrial safety. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring compliance with on-site safety regulations, conducting periodic inspections, coordinating preventive actions, and participating in incident investigations. (THE POSITION IS LOCATED IN TECATE, BAJA CALIFORNIA NORTE) **Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with safety regulations (applicable NOM\-STPS). * Coordinate and deliver daily safety talks (5 minutes). * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare daily safety reports and track findings. * Participate in emergency drills and response teams. * Control access to confined spaces and work-at-height activities. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions and implement corrective actions. * Assist in compiling client safety documentation. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Technical degree in Safety and Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a safety officer on construction sites (preferred). Knowledge of STPS regulations and NOM compliance. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL TO TECATE, BAJA CALIFORNIA NORTE DURING THE PROJECT. Valid certifications in: * Confined spaces * Work at height * Fire extinguisher use * First aid * Hazardous waste handling (preferred) Proficiency in safety documentation formats (AST, work permits, risk analysis).
