Responsibilities * Production supervision. * Process improvement and waste reduction. * Quality control and productivity. * Coordination of operational staff. * Monitoring of KPIs and industrial safety. Requirements * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience in manufacturing or recycling. * Proficiency in Excel and process control. * Leadership and problem-solving skills.
