Excellent work environment. **Vacancy: Chef – Seafood Specialty** A seafood-specialized restaurant is seeking a **Chef** with experience, technical skill, and passion for gastronomy, who wishes to join a team dedicated to quality, flavor, and excellence in every dish. **Job Objective** Prepare and execute seafood dishes according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality, flavor, hygiene, and consistent presentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and present seafood dishes following established recipes and standards. * Support quality control during food preparation and service. * Properly manage ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation times. * Ensure appropriate handling, cleaning, and storage of seafood. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (NOM\-251\). * Assist in organizing and efficiently operating the kitchen line. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized. **Candidate Profile** Experience: * Proven experience in culinary work, preferably with seafood. * Knowledge of handling, cleaning, cutting, and cooking seafood products. Skills: * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment to quality. * Proactive attitude.
