**Operations Supervisor \| Huamantla, Tlaxcala** A leading company in the wood recycling and processing sector is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate production activities, supervise operational staff, and ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper execution of operational and production processes through material control, staff supervision, and monitoring of production and quality indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise production lines and ensure achievement of operational targets. * Coordinate and monitor operational staff. * Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records. * Supervise proper classification and utilization of materials. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Resolve operational incidents and support team administration. * Coordinate procurement and control of tools and operational equipment. * Prepare production reports, incident reports, and improvement opportunity reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, recycling, or operational processes. * Experience managing operational staff. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and operational reporting. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm **Location:** Calle Virgen de la Caridad \#112, Col.
