Collaborate on system installation, configuration, and monitoring, as well as documentation and inventory control of technological equipment. Main Responsibilities Provide basic technical support to users (hardware and software). Assist with the installation and configuration of computer equipment and software. Track technical support tickets or requests. Collaborate on preventive equipment maintenance. Assist with the administration and inventory of computer equipment and accessories. Document technical incidents and applied solutions. Assist with tasks related to networks, systems, or technological infrastructure under supervision. Collaborate on technology projects or internal system improvements.
