Responsibilities: - Select, screen, and support potential clients throughout their credit application process. - Conduct home-based collections according to the assigned area. - Develop efficient collection strategies to achieve company-set targets. - Work towards achieving established objectives. - Recover active or overdue portfolios by establishing payment agreements. - Prepare reports on collections carried out. - Work under pressure and remain results-oriented. - 90% fieldwork, 10% office-based. Requirements: Completed high school education. Flexible availability of working hours. Effective and assertive communication. Negotiation skills. Strong verbal communication ability.
