Support for other operators and continuous improvement of programs **Do you have experience in CNC programming and operation?** We are looking for talent to join Bayefa, a company with over 44 years of experience in the industrial sector, specializing in precision manufacturing and design. We seek individuals who enjoy optimizing processes, improving turnaround times, and working to high quality standards. **What will you do?** · Programming and operating CNC machines (2D, 3D, 4-axis). · Interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models. · Optimizing machining processes. · Tool setup and machine calibration. · Supervising and continuously improving CNC programs. · Supporting other operators. **What are we looking for?** · Technician or Engineer in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field. · Proven experience in CNC programming and CAD/CAM. · Generation and optimization of machining programs. · Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks. · Knowledge of cutting tools. · Familiarity with measurement instruments and adjustments. · Attention to detail and results orientation. · Time availability. · Teamwork and effective communication. · Efficient time management and optimization. · Results focus for internal customers. **What do we offer?** · Stable, long-term employment. · Statutory benefits. · Positive work environment. · Complimentary uniforms. · Timely salary payments.
