This position is ideal for individuals interested in developing their careers within the gastronomy sector, in a dynamic environment with high standards of quality and hygiene. **Job Objective** To assist in food preparation, organization of supplies, and execution of basic kitchen tasks, contributing to the smooth operation during the shift. **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation according to recipes and established procedures * Perform mise en place activities as per preparation checklists * Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system for product storage and rotation * Prepare ingredients according to specified portions and standards * Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables before use * Comply with hygiene standards and proper food handling practices * Assist in preparing sauces, garnishes, and basic preparations * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, utensils, and equipment * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (intern or graduate) or related technical program * Experience: Prior kitchen experience or professional internships preferred * Availability to work on weekends * On-site work **Candidate Profile** * Responsibility and organization * Attention to detail * Service-oriented attitude * Willingness to learn * Teamwork * Commitment to food hygiene and quality **We Offer** * Daily salary of $350\.00 * Meal allowance * Opportunity to gain professional kitchen experience * Positive work environment Salary: $350\.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
