Position Summary: Supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal communication initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and foster a sense of belonging. Key Highlights: 1. Draft, design, and publish internal announcements across various channels. 2. Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns. 3. Propose creative ideas to improve communication and engagement. Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal communication initiatives, contributing to strengthening organizational culture, fostering a sense of belonging, and disseminating key messages within the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Draft, design, and publish internal announcements across different channels (intranet, email, digital bulletin boards, corporate chat groups, etc.). * Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns related to important dates, corporate events, and wellness programs. * Collaborate in creating graphic and audiovisual content for internal initiatives. * Monitor and track participation and reach metrics for campaigns. * Document internal communication activities (reports, presentations, photographic records). * Support the organization and logistics of internal events (activations, conferences, celebrations). * Propose creative ideas to improve employee communication and engagement. **Education:** Currently enrolled student from the 5th/6th semester onward in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related field. **Desired Knowledge:** * Impeccable writing and grammar skills. * Basic proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). * Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience using social media and digital communication platforms. **Skills and Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
